We accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale, customized products, or hygienic goods may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be processed.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This ensures we can track and handle your return properly. Returns without this authorization may be rejected.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Depending on the case, deductions for shipping or handling fees may apply.
If you don’t see your refund after a few days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. For unresolved issues, our support team is ready to assist.
Items bought during promotions are also eligible for return; however, the refund will reflect the discounted price you paid.
For exchanges due to sizing or style preferences, please reach out to our team. We’ll help initiate the process, subject to availability and any applicable price differences or shipping fees.
To start a return, email us for your RA number and detailed return instructions. Package the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include all tags or inserts. Clearly mark your RA number on the parcel and use a tracked shipping service for best results.
Some returns may involve a small restocking fee to cover repackaging and inspection costs. Our team will inform you if this applies.
Unless the return is due to our mistake, the shipping cost for returning the product is your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
